University Discrimination & Disputes

University is often a key pathway to an individual’s future career and quality of life. Unfortunately, for some students there can be a breakdown in the relationship between them and their university. In these cases, a wrong or unreasonable decision by a university can affect a student’s ability to complete their course and obtain the qualification they deserve.

These decisions should not go unchallenged, our education team has the expertise to potentially overturn such decisions and help students achieve their potential.

Services we provide:

  • Advising and conducting internal university appeals
  • Advising and bringing complaints regarding the quality of a course, supervision and support as well as the conduct of university staff and other students
  • Advising and conducting complaints to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education (OIA)
