Mina is a solicitor in the Corporate team based in the firm’s Cardiff office.
Mina joined the firm in November 2021 as a paralegal in the Corporate team, prior to commencing her training contract in September 2022. Mina then returned to the Corporate team upon qualifying as a solicitor and assists with a wide range of matters, including disposals and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance and general company law matters.
Mina graduated from Cardiff University in 2018 with a degree in International Relations and Politics, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the LLM Legal Practice Course at the same university.
