Henry is a Senior Associate in the Property team in Cardiff. He has experience with a wide range of non-contentious commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, development transactions, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters. Henry works for a wide range of clients in the public, private and charity sectors.
Henry is particularly interested in development work and has experience acting for both public and private sector clients in that field. He also deals with the full spectrum of commercial property work. Henry works for both landlords and tenants on commercial leases, acts for both individuals and companies in acquiring and disposing of commercial property investments and has dealt with large refinancing transactions including refinancing of sizable investment portfolios.
