• Paul Cummins Ceramics Ltd (The Tower Poppies Project): We advised on the best method of structuring the governance of this high profile project and prepared the memorandum & the articles of association for a Community Interest Company. This included drafting an appropriate community benefit objects clause for our client and Historic Royal Palaces as the joint venture company. The company, Blood Swept Lands & Seas of Red cic was incorporated with the CIC Regulator at Companies House.

  • Royal Voluntary Service: We routinely provide general Charity law and governance advice to RVS.

  • Wales Millennium Centre: We have acted for Wales Millennium Centre since their inception providing the vast majority of the legal advice they require and have recently acted for them in a restructuring of their operations which required a review of their group corporate governance arrangements. We also provide them with Company Secretarial services.

  • Age Cymru: Having acted for Age Cymru since their inception as part of the UK’s largest ever charity merger, we have recently advised them on the establishment of an enhanced group structure.

  • Arts Council of Wales: We advise on large capital projects and revenue funding contracts with various arts organisations across Wales for our client. In addition we have developed and delivered specialist interactive charity and governance training for their Revenue Funded organisations. We provided each organisation with a brief confidential review of their governance as part of the project.

  • The Council of Reserve Forces' and Cadets Associations': Advised on a number of procurements (above and below the public procurement thresholds) for various supplies and construction services, associated with a project regarding security arrangements across our client's estate .

  • Snowdonia National Park Authority: Advising on public procurement for the conservation of “Yr Ysgwrn”, the family home of the bard “Hedd Wyn” who was killed in action in 1917 and a site of significant historical and cultural importance in Wales and situated within Snowdonia National Park .
