• Swansea Council – acting on a major infrastructure project in a competitive dialogue procurement, now reaching financial close. Geldards specialist multi-disciplinary team has worked alongside external lawyers and consultants.
  
  
• South West Wales Contractors Framework – acting for the four local authorities in South West Wales in the creation of a standard package of documents for the 21st Century Schools Programme in South West Wales.
  
  
• Acting for Admiral Group in the development of their new headquarters in Cardiff for over 3,500 staff as well as the new office for 1,000 staff in Newport.
  
  
• Acting for substantial utility company on the standardisation of all of their contract documents for consultants and contractors.
  
  
• Pomagalski – Advised on the Brighton i360 project, an innovative visitor attraction to replace Brighton Pier.
  
  
• St Fagans, Cardiff – the team is currently advising on the project documents of the Elements of the redevelopment programme in conjunction with our EU procurement team.
  
  
• Porth Teigr – Dr Who – acting for Welsh Government on the project documents associated with the redevelopment of Roath Basin into the new BBC Drama Studios for Dr Who, Torchwood, Sherlock and The Dr Who Experience.
