We have been addressing the complex and rapidly evolving challenges created by the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our Business Continuity team are meeting regularly to ensure that we identify, assess and actively mitigate business risks for ourselves and our clients.

Following the escalation over the past few days, we wanted to update you on our current status and future approach.

Business continuity

Our top priorities are taking care of our people and supporting our clients to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service while working safely.

We will continue to follow guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the UK Government. As a result, we have decided to alter our working patterns and restrict travel to safeguard our people.

Crucially, we remain fully operational. All our teams have full remote working capability and can work productively and securely across our core systems, including seamless telephone contact and video conferencing.

Should illness compromise any part of the Firm, we will refocus teams to ensure we continue to deliver to your deadlines.

Client support and advice

Your projects and operations are extremely important to us. We remain committed to supporting you throughout this challenging period.

Should illness compromise any part of the Firm, we will refocus teams and prioritise workloads to ensure we continue to deliver to your deadlines, and operate in the most efficient way possible.

These are unprecedented times, but helping you overcome challenges is what we do best.

We want to reassure you that we remain dedicated to working with you to successfully navigate the challenges ahead.
