Employee Ownership Trusts Round Table Event October 2023
Geldards, in partnership with Azets are holding their next roundtable session for employee owned (“EO”) businesses on the morning of Wednesday 11 October at Geldards’ Cardiff office.
The payment of an EOT bonus is usually the most tangible sign of employee ownership for employees.
This roundtable session will consider:
- How can you calculate the EOT bonus?
- What is the equality principle?
- Who can benefit from the EOT bonus?
- What if you get it wrong?
There will also be opportunities to discuss any other EOT issues that are relevant to your business and which you would like to share with other EOT trustees.
Registration will be from 9:00am for a 9.30am start with the session finishing by 11:00am.
