Employee Ownership Trusts Roundtable Event - Nottingham May 2026

Our EOT Roundtable event will be held in the Nottingham Office on Thursday 21st May and will explore one of the elements of a successful transition to employee ownership, EO Culture and Cultural Change.

We’ll be looking at the importance culture can have on an EOT and how organisations can intentionally shape, embed and sustain an EO aligned culture both immediately after the transition and over the longer term. We will also discuss how culture may change over time to suit the business and it’s development.

Registration is from 9am for a 9:30am start with departure by 11:30am. The event will be free to attend, although places will be limited initially to two persons per company. There will be plenty of time for questions and the opportunity to share experiences amongst the attendees.
