Manjot is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team, advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, company restructurings, corporate governance, and equity incentive arrangements, including share schemes such as growth shares, as well as family investment companies. As part of transactional work, he also advises on tax covenants.
He advises both UK and international clients, providing pragmatic, commercially-focused guidance across transactions of all sizes, from smaller domestic deals to complex cross-border acquisitions. His work spans general corporate advisory, corporate restructurings and share schemes, as well as the negotiation of tax covenants, giving him a broad perspective across corporate law matters.
