Scinapse® from Geldards is a collaboration between Geldards Law Firm, tax advisers, accountants and patent and trade mark attorneys to provide a range of fixed price professional services for early stage and growing businesses in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
We recognise that early stage companies often have limited cash flow and so would benefit from budget certainty. The Scinapse team has identified the key areas of advice and business support that you are likely to need at your stage of business development and are able to offer these services, in the vast majority of cases, on a fixed price basis to businesses with under £1m turnover.
AN INSIDE TRACK
Although our services will be provided with a fixed price, Scinapse clients will receive the same high quality, tailored service and attention to detail that our larger, more established clients receive.
All firms are committed to excellence and any service we provide for you will be tailored specifically to your business and its unique requirements, by seasoned professionals with high levels of sector experience, on a one to one basis.
EVERY DETAIL MAPPED
Scinapse is not a mass market “one size fits all” service. Such services can often lead to the provision of inappropriate “standardised” advice and the production of “standardised” documents piecemeal without any real regard for the needs, requirements and aims of the underlying business.
We see it as a privilege to work with pioneering businesses which will, hopefully, be the success stories of tomorrow. In return for supporting your business in its infancy, we hope to have the chance to build a lasting relationship with your business whatever the future holds.
It is only where the services you need are unusually complex or large scale that we may not be able to provide them at a fixed price. Where this is unavoidable, we will discuss and agree an appropriate fee with you before doing any work.
