Commercial Property specialist Henry Bright promoted to Partner
Dedicated Commercial Property specialist Henry Bright has been promoted to Partner in Geldards’ latest round of New Year promotions.
A valued member of Cardiff’s Commercial Property team, Henry joined Geldards almost a decade ago starting his career at the firm as a trainee solicitor. He now manages a wide portfolio of non-contentious commercial property matters, such as acquisitions and disposals, development transactions, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters.
With a particular interest in Commercial Property development, Henry works for high profile clients spanning private, public and charitable sectors. He is well-versed managing major acquisitions and disposals, and high value and strategically important transactions.
