With over 20 years’ experience specialising in the debt recovery and insolvency, James has extensive expertise in all stages of the recovery process, including defended claims, negotiation, enforcement action, order for sale proceedings, and insolvency petitions.
James specialises in dispute resolution, commercial and consumer debt, civil litigation and insolvency. He has experience dealing with issuing claims, statutory demands, winding up petition’s, injunctions, enforcement and defended claims. James advises clients on the best possible course of action to recover and secure various types of debt. He is a competent negotiator and strives to obtain the best possible results for his clients. James also undertakes criminal prosecution cases for local authorities.
James is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM).
