James is a Legal Assistant in the Dispute Resolution team in Cardiff. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with over 14 years’ experience in the debt collection industry. James is in his final year of CILEX law studies and hopes to graduate later this year. He acts for a range of clients including SMEs, large finance companies, government bodies and has managed large book debts on behalf of insolvency practitioners.
James specialises in dispute resolution, commercial and consumer debt, civil litigation and insolvency. He has experience dealing with issuing claims, statutory demands, winding up petition’s, injunctions, enforcement and defended claims. James advises clients on the best possible course of action to recover and secure various types of debt. He is a competent negotiator and strives to obtain the best possible results for his clients. James also undertakes criminal prosecution cases for local authorities.
