Andrea Clayton, a dispute resolution specialist based in the Derby office, was promoted from Senior Associate to Associate Partner in February 2021 in the latest round of promotions at the firm.
Andrea joined Geldards’ Commercial Dispute Resolution team in 2012 and since then has built on her specialism in the Automotive, Transport, Construction and Retail Sectors. She is an experienced litigator, handling contract and consumer disputes, insolvency, property possession and recoveries and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal executives with over 18 years’ experience in private practice.
Geldards’ Commercial Dispute Resolution team has a strong reputation for acting for large corporate clients both nationally and internationally across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, finance, healthcare and life science, technology and sport and leisure as well as a strong public sector practice.
