Employee Ownership Trusts Roundtable Event Cardiff- 21st October 2026

Our Employee Ownership Trusts Roundtable Event will be held in the Cardiff office on the 21st of October and will be on the topic of the role of the employee trustee director and how an independent chair can help.

The session will explore how an employee trustee director should carry out their role and what should not be in the trustee job description. We will also explore how an independent chair can add value to the role as chair of the trust board.

We are delighted to be joined by Sue Lawrence from Independent Directors and Trustees who will share her experiences and insights into the role of the employee trustee director and the benefits of having an independent chair on the trust board.

Registration is from 9am for a 9:30am start with departure by 11:30am. The event will be free to attend, although places will be limited initially to two persons per company. There will be plenty of time for questions and the opportunity to share experiences amongst the attendees.
