Employee Ownership Trusts – How to share information with your employees training event

Geldards in partnership with Azets is offering an in person trustee training session for employee trustee directors of Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).

The session will explore what information to share with your employees and how you should go about it.

Many EOTs struggle with the concept of what information should they share with their employees and how the information should be shared. This round table event will enable you to:

• Hear what financial information is best to share
• How you can share the information to suit your business
• What other information can you share?
• Discuss how you share information and hear how other EOTs deal with their information sharing to encourage an “employee owner” mindset

The event is free to attend on Wednesday 15th May at Geldards in Cardiff.  Registration is from 9.00 and the event starts at 9.30 am and finishes at 11.30 am.
