Employment PowerHour

Join us over breakfast on 9 October 2025 at the Geldards Cardiff Office, for our next in person Employment PowerHour. 

This interactive breakfast session will give you the chance to meet our Employment Team and connect with HR professionals from a wide range of sectors.

The focus of the session will be Neurodiversity in the workplace, exploring both the opportunities and challenges that a neurodiverse workforce can bring. We will look at:

• The legal framework, including employers’ obligations under the Equality Act
• Insights from recent case law
• Practical considerations for supporting neurodiverse employees

Our team will also provide an update on the Employment Rights Bill, including its current progress and the timetable for implementation.
