Geldards Advise Depot On Par 59 Venture With Gareth Bale

Geldards’ Cardiff-based Corporate team have successfully advised Depot on the agreement for a new entertainment venue due to open in Cardiff this summer, which is being backed by Welsh footballer Gareth Bale.

The 18,000 sq ft site underneath the Capitol Centre will become a new entertainment venue, which will include a bar, restaurant and mini golf. The project is part of a new creative and business partnership with Gareth Bale’s company Elevens Group.

Par 59 will have two adults-only courses, two large bars and dining rooms and two independent kitchens run by Sushi Life and Dirty Bird.

The Geldards team was led by Senior Associate Martyn Davies.

Commenting on the transaction, Martyn, said:
