Geldards advise digital marketing agency RocketMill Employee Ownership Trust on majority share sale

Geldards advised the RocketMill EOT trustees on trustee duties and responsibilities in respect of the transaction and helped guide the Trust through the deal. Osbourne Clake acted on behalf of the sellers and Macfarlanes acted for the buyer.
