Geldards advise Euro Commercials on acquisition of City West Commercials

Geldards’ Corporate team has successfully advised Welsh commercial vehicle specialist Euro Commercials on the acquisition of dedicated Mercedes-Benz dealer City West Commercials (CWC).

Established over 40 years ago and based in South Wales, Euro Commercials boasts state of the art showrooms and workshops for fleet vehicles in Cardiff, Newport and Swansea and has a long standing relationship with Mercedes Benz.

The acquisition of neighbouring CWC will help strengthen its position in the South West of England, particularly through the acquisition of sites at Avonmouth, Exeter and Highbridge.

Alex Butler, Geldards Corporate Partner led the advice to Euro Commercials assisted by Solicitor Jamie East. They were further supported by Joga Singh (Employment) and Henry Bright (Commercial Property) and Andrew Evans (Tax).
