Geldards advise Woodberry Capital on first UK investment

Geldards has advised Dublin-based private equity firm Woodberry Capital on a multi-million pound investment into global talent search firm Redgrave Holdings Limited.

Woodberry Capital is a non-institutional private equity firm led by chief executive and founder Patrick Doran and the deal is the firm’s first investment in the United Kingdom. The private equity group invests in businesses with long-term growth potential and Redgrave Holdings Limited who search and place talent across a range of industry sectors, aligned with Woodberry Capital’s strategy of building a great business through growth.

Leading on the deal from Geldards was Corporate Partner Debra Martin who advised on all elements of the transaction with support from colleagues Jenny Chatten, Sarah Bailey and Manjot Shokar.
