Geldards advises Clowes on lease for Almac Pharma Services at Stud Brook Business Park
Geldards has successfully advised Clowes Developments on another long term lease at Stud Brook Business Park. Almac Pharma Services, a major player in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing and packaging, is the latest occupier to take up residence in a 20,000sq ft industrial unit.

In a drive to expand warehousing capacity, Stud Brook offered a high quality storage solution for Alamac Pharma to continue their business growth and capitalise on superb transport links close to East Midlands Airport and the M1.
Geldards provided specialist property and construction legal expertise, advising Clowes on the letting, led by Derby based partner Heather Dixon who heads up the Industrial and Logistics team, supported by legal assistant, Sarah Jackson, Infrastructure and Construction Partner Chris Hawrylak and solicitor, Laura Matthews.
