Geldards’ Commercial Property team in Derby welcomes new senior associate

Here at Geldards, we’re pleased to be strengthening our renowned Commercial Property team in Derby with the appointment of senior associate Chloe Buxton.

Highly accredited by Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, Geldards’ Commercial Property team which is one of the largest in the region, has a strong presence in the local marketplace advising on complex and significant development and regeneration projects across the East Midlands.

Joining the acclaimed team from Flint Bishop where she practised for the past four years, Chloe brings to the team specialist experience in commercial and residential property development and finance.

Chloe completed her law degree at the University of Nottingham and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She honed her specialism in Commercial Property gaining experience with a number of law firms in the East Midlands before joining Geldards.
