Geldards' Education team builds on success with senior appointment

Leading law firm Geldards has built on the growth and success of its Education Law Team with new senior appointment, Salise Dourmoush.

Salise Dourmoush joins the firm’s London office as a Senior Associate specialising in Education law with specific expertise in the field of Special Educational Needs (SEN) law.

Salise has over 10 years’ experience in the legal field and 6 years with a specialist practice in SEN. She has worked on behalf of parents at a leading Appellant City Law Firm and on behalf of local authorities as their in-house SEN and Education Lead. This has provided her with a 3-dimensional understanding of the field and an enhanced approach to her practice. Salise uses this experience to assist children and young people with SEN to achieve their best possible outcomes in their education and future lives.

Salise studied law at the University of Westminster and is fluent in Turkish.

The Geldards’ Education team was established in 2019 and within this short period of time has become a recognised leading practice in Education law helping hundreds of parents with children with special educaitonal needs achieve their potential.
