Geldards successfully advise The Little School Daycare on nursery sale

Geldards’ Corporate team has successfully advised Little School Daycare, a private childcare nursery located in Brentford West London, on its sale to Family First Nursery Group.

Family First has grown rapidly since launching just three years ago and now owns over 80 nurseries in London, the West Midlands, Essex and the South East.  Little School Daycare is one of their latest acquisitions, helping to achieve their ambitious growth strategy.

Manjot Shokar, Associate in the Corporate team at Geldards led the on deal advising Little School Daycare on the sale.
