Adrian is a Senior Associate in Geldards’ Infrastructure and Construction team, specialising in Construction and PFI / PPP disputes on behalf of both private and public sector parties. Since qualifying in 2019, Adrian has gained a wealth of experience in acting for a broad range of clients including local authorities, NHS Trusts, building and construction companies, property management companies and charities, and has successfully resolved disputes for his clients through a number of Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures including mediation and adjudication, as well through litigation.
Adrian strives to achieve pragmatic outcomes for his clients, which often involves anticipating and averting potential disputes before they arise, as much as advising on practical and commercial solutions to ongoing disputes.
