Catrin is an Associate in the Property team advising on a wide range of property transactions including property sales and acquisition, contentious and non-contentious Landlord and Tenant work and refinancing. Catrin works with both large corporate firms and smaller local based businesses, as well as charities and individuals. Catrin is a fluent Welsh speaker and can draft and provide legal advice in Welsh.
Catrin acts on behalf of a national retail client in respect of a vast portfolio of properties across the UK, which entails dealing with both contentious and non-contentious lease renewals. She also acts for both Landlord and Tenant in respect of all types of transactions involving leasehold land, whether it is grant of new leases, lease renewals, assignments, underletting or licences to occupy.
