Charlotte is a trainee solicitor in the firm’s Derby and Nottingham offices. Charlotte joined the firm as a paralegal in the Family Team in January 2021, before starting as a trainee solicitor in September 2022.
She is currently undertaking her final training contract seat in the Corporate team where she assists the team on a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, company restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and general company law.
Prior to this, Charlotte has completed seats in the Family team, the Commercial Property team and Commercial team.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019 with a 2:1 degree in Law before completing the LPC part time at the University of Law in Nottingham. Charlotte studied part time working at the firm alongside her studies, before compelling the LPC in August 2022.
