Chloe is a Solicitor in the Property Dispute Resolution team. She has acted for a wide variety of clients, including well-known high street retailers, charitable organisations and utility providers. Chloe advises on a wide range of property disputes and assists senior members of the team on complex and high value litigated matters.
Chloe also specialises in the area of disputed wills, trusts and probate. Chloe is regularly instructed by executors, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to the challenge of wills/trusts, disputes between executors/trustees and beneficiaries, claims for reasonable financial provision and court of protection proceedings.
Chloe also represents clients in professional negligence cases, including surveyors and solicitors in connection with civil matters.
