Donna is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive who has been in the legal arena throughout her working life. Donna’s client base includes developers, individuals and corporates as well as investors, pension funds and financial institutions. She prides herself on a pragmatic proactive approach and seeks to achieve outcomes in line with client objectives in a clear, friendly and efficient manner.
Donna has been involved in a large number of development sites on Pride Park and in Derby and throughout the East Midlands. She continues to advise in connection with the ongoing management of various stand alone and multi-let buildings as a result. She acts for a range of local developers in connection with the acquisition of both residential and commercial sites, which often involves seeking solutions to the many title issues which can arise during the due diligence process.
