Hannah is a solicitor with many years of experience in all aspects of private client work, including Wills, Trusts, Court of protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration. One of the main things Hannah enjoys about her role is the opportunity to meet new people and the chance to build relationships with clients. Through her empathy and clear explanation of legal terms, Hannah puts clients at ease during what can be a difficult and upsetting time.
Hannah has particular expertise in estate administration and is instructed by both lay and professional executors. Hannah administers estates of varying complexities, including those that involve business and agricultural assets, and is used to working alongside other professionals such as accountants and surveyors to ensure matters are progressed as efficiently as possible. As well as more standard Lasting Powers of Attorney, Hannah accepts more complex Court of Protection instructions, ranging from Deputyship applications to statutory will and gift applications.
