Hélène is a transactional Partner in the Property team in Nottingham who has over 15 years’ experience working in the property sector. She acts for public sector clients as well as charities and private businesses, advising them on sales, acquisitions, leases and development of land. She also works with a number of French organisations advising them on their property interests in the UK.
Hélène routinely advises her clients on the sale and acquisition of their commercial property interests. Recently she acted for an insurance underwriter taking new office space in central London and is advising a charity on the sale of land with planning potential. Hélène advises clients who want to shore up or restructure their property interests as part of their wider business strategy. Earlier this year she advised the UK arm of an international business on subletting arrangements, to secure the future of set liabilities of one of their UK sites. She also acted for a local Council on their acquisition of two property portfolios to strengthen their strategic housing objectives. Hélène also acts for a private trust, reviewing their portfolio interests and helping to plan and execute a strategic review to maximise value and support the trusts business plan.
