Henry Smith-Higgins

Henry is a solicitor in the firm’s Cardiff office. Henry joined the firm in September 2020 and qualified into the Commercial team.

Henry works with a range of private, public sector and voluntary organisations. His experience includes the negotiation, structuring and drafting of commercial contracts including trading agreements, agency and distribution contracts and partnership agreements. He also assists IT and outsourcing suppliers and their customers, by advising on their provision, procurement and use of the latest technology and related services.

He is responsible for the management of a number of clients’ trade mark portfolios – ensuring that that the value and enforceability of their intellectual property is protected.

Henry graduated from Cardiff University with a First-Class Honours degree in Law and was awarded a Distinction after completing the LPC LLM at Cardiff in 2020.
