Jen is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team based in the Chelmsford office and advises on a broad range of commercial property matters for both private and public sector clients.
Jen supports clients with their commercial property strategies and legal needs across a range of sectors including retail, hospitality, professional services, light industry, logistics, education, agriculture, charities, construction, development and investment.
Her experience includes advising local and national clients including charities, high net worth individuals, large organisations, pension funds and local councils.
Jen specialises in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property and regularly advises on landlord and tenant matters including leases, lease assignments, underlettings and portfolio management matters. She also advises on utility easements, wayleaves and telecoms agreements. Her experience also includes advising local councils and public sector bodies on complex property matters.
She is known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach and takes time to understand the wider commercial context behind each transaction. Jen places a strong emphasis on clear and proactive communication and works closely with clients to provide straightforward, practical legal advice.
