Kelly joined Geldards as a Legal Assistant in 2021, having previously worked in the Real Estate team of a large law firm in the South West for over 10 years.
Kelly has experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, utility matters and plot sales, but she particularly specialises in landlord and tenant matters.
Kelly is part of the lease renewals team at Geldards, acting for large national retailers in a variety of transactions as part of the management of their property portfolios (including lease renewals, variations, surrenders and licences).
