Kelly is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team and has worked on a range of non-contentious commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters.
Kelly is involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions but particularly specialises in landlord-tenant matters. She has also dealt with a wide range of utility and telecommunications transactions which have involved working for major utility and telecommunications providers acquiring sites and easements and in relation to the disposal of the same.
