Kim has over 20 years’ experience of delivering strategic solutions in the field of employment. Kim is an Employment Law Consultant at Geldards and is renowned for her strategic approach to complex employment issues, and for designing innovative solutions to a variety of key challenges.
Her work includes all aspects of Employment and Discrimination law and she is known for her unique understanding of cross public sector issues, including schools. She is well-regarded for her achievements in developing an All Wales strategy for the management of multiple equal pay litigation and pay modernisation, her keen interest and innovative approach to public service redesign, and a pragmatic and commercial approach to the resolution of associated workforce issues.
