Lauren joined the firm in October 2021 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team, where she undertook a variety of property transactions in both the public and private sector.

Commencing her training contract in September 2022, Lauren’s first seat was in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team where she assisted on aspects of commercial dispute resolution work, including contract, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency matters, debt recovery and public law issues. Her second seat was in the Employment team where she assisted with aspects of complex HR and Employment Law issues such as disciplinary and grievance matters, contract reviews, policy drafting and reviews, restructuring and redundancy, discrimination issues and performance management. Her third seat was in the Family team, where she assisted on a wide range of family issues including divorce, cohabitation disputes, finances and children’s matters. She supported the team with complex high net worth financial remedy cases, as well as assisting on international child relocation cases. Lauren is currently sat within the Private Client team assisting with drafting Wills, drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising on Estate Administration, Probate and Court of Protection matters.

Lauren graduated from Cardiff University in 2020 with a degree in Law, before completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) in June 2021.
