Lewis is also a specialist in consumer rights disputes, with a particular niche in automotive matters. He advises a number of automotive retailers and manufacturers, as well as consumers. He has extensive experience of all aspects of consumer issues, such as disputes under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, sale of goods and services, Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations, and disputes with consumer finance providers and Consumer Credit Act 1974, to name a few.
