Nicola is an Associate in the Charities Team in the firm’s Cardiff office, joining the firm in August 2022. She has experience of a wide range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, development, secured lending, acquisitions and disposals and property investment portfolios. Her work in the Charities team includes acting on property issues for a variety of clients such as housing associations, local authorities, churches and other not-for-profit organisations.
