Ranjit is an experienced paralegal in the Family team, having worked exclusively in family law over the past two decades. She leads on mediation enquiries and is responsible for coordinating mediation sessions as well as organising business development events.
Currently studying to be a Legal Executive via CILEX, Ranjit has almost completed the course which she juggles as a working full time mum of three. She expects to qualify as a legal executive during 2025.
Fluent in Punjabi and with a good understanding of Hindi and Urdu Ranjit’s heritage gives her a unique understanding of the cultural difficulties faced by many in the Indian community especially in respect of matters concerning divorce, financial, children and domestic violence.
