Ranjit is a Chartered Legal Executive within the Family team, having worked exclusively in family law over the past two decades. She leads on mediation enquiries and is responsible for coordinating mediation sessions as well as organising business development events.

She qualified to be a Legal Executive via CILEX in 2026, Ranjit completed the course whilst she juggles as a working full time mum of three.

Fluent in Punjabi and with a good understanding of Hindi and Urdu Ranjit’s heritage gives her a unique understanding of the cultural difficulties faced by many in the Indian community especially in respect of matters concerning divorce, financial, children and domestic violence.
