Sarah works with a variety of clients in the Corporate practice, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions and agreements for clients including SME’s and large corporate bodies. She also advises high street lenders and corporate and individual borrowers in corporate finance transactions.
Sarah regularly advises on business and share purchases and sales for a diverse range of clients in all sectors. She has particular experience advising clients on their corporate transactions in the automotive, sport and manufacturing sectors. Sarah also regularly undertakes general corporate work such as advising on shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, articles of association and restructurings, as well as advising lenders and borrowers when taking on new finance or refinancing.
