Shanique is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Commercial Property Team in Cardiff. She has experience working with housebuilder and developer clients, providing support on a wide range of matters including land acquisitions, disposal and infrastructure transactions.
She holds a first-class law degree and a master’s degree.
