Sophie is a solicitor in the Corporate team in the Midlands and advises clients on a wide range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, company restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and general company law.
Sophie qualified in September 2023 after completing her training contract with Geldards. Sophie completed seats in the following areas of law: Family, Infrastructure and Construction, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial.
Sophie graduated from De Montfort University in 2016 with a 2:1 degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with Psychology before completing the GDL and the LPC LLM at the University of Law, in Birmingham. Before starting at Geldards, Sophie had 3.5 years’ experience as a paralegal in a National Law Firm.
