In respect of schools, Stephanie’s experience includes advising on a broad range of legal issues, including:

- contract reviews and advice
- Data Protection Act 2018

In addition to the above, Stephanie’s experience extends to crisis management; including:

Stephanie’s experience working with parents includes advising and assisting with various issues, including appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunal, ECHP negotiations, school admissions, school exclusions, judicial review, and disability discrimination claims.
