Contentious probate specialist Laura Alliss promoted to Partner in Geldards Cardiff office

Laura Alliss, head of Geldards specialist Contentious Probate & Trusts team has been promoted to Partner in the latest round of promotions at the firm.

Specialising in the area of disputed wills, probate and trusts, Laura works closely with Geldard’s award winning private client team and is a member of ACTAPS (the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) and the Court of Protection Practitioners Association (CoPPa) making her an experienced authority on probate and estates dispute resolution.

Laura is regularly instructed by charities, executors, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to the challenge of wills/trusts, disputes between executors/trustees and beneficiaries, claims for reasonable financial provision, court of protection proceedings and professional negligence claims.
