Employee Ownership Trusts Roundtable Event

Book now

Our next EOT Roundtable event in Cardiff on 12th November and will look at the issues involved in succession and leadership planning for EOTs, both at a shareholder level and at the management team level.

Shareholders need to consider how their role will change after the sale of their shares to the EOT. Plans may be required for the succession of the management of the business, particularly if the founder/seller continues to run the business after the transition to EO and then looks to step back after being paid any deferred consideration. The worse case scenario could be the founder leaving immediately following the transition leaving a leadership vacuum.

We are delighted to be joined by Barry Horner from Paradigm Norton Financial Planning who will share his experience of moving from the Chief Executive role to a Chair role after the transition of Paradigm Norton to EO and by Campbell McDonald of The Eternal Business Company who will share his experience of assisting companies manage their succession journey.

Registration is from 9am for a 9:30am start with departure by 11:30am. The event will be free to attend, although places will be limited initially to two persons per company. There will be plenty of time for questions and the opportunity to share experiences amongst the attendees.
