Geldards achieves outstanding success in 2024 Chambers & Partners Directory Rankings
Geldards is thrilled to announce that once again the firm maintains a strong position as a ‘Leading Firm’ in the newly released Chambers & Partners 2024 legal directory rankings.
This annual publication showcases the best legal talent across the UK. Both law firm and lawyer rankings are based on in-depth research and analysis of the legal market undertaken by Chambers & Partners.
Overall Geldards is ranked in 22 practice areas, of which 7 are ranked as Top Tier, acknowledging these practice areas to be the best in field, demonstrating commercial acumen and commitment and proving they stand out from the crowd during the rigorous research process.
Geldards is also proud to report a huge 31% increase from last year in individual lawyer rankings, resulting in 42 lawyers who now have recognition for their superb technical ability, professional conduct and excellent service to clients.
This year Geldards is pleased to have achieved a record 10 new individual rankings, including a ranking for all Partners in the Employment team, as well as a significant increase in individual rankings in the Real Estate team. Up and coming talent in the Charities team is also recognised with a new Associate to Watch ranking.
Clients commended the firm as being “excellent across all areas” and having ” incredible expertise and a wide range of knowledge and skills“.
Geldards’ core practice areas continue to dominate across their respective regions, with the Corporate team noted as offering an “outstanding communication and responsiveness”, Real Estate possessing “the best level of customer service”, and are “a very responsive team that is in a position to react quickly” and Litigation being “exemplary from start to finish”.
Building on their continuing growth within the firm, Private Client and Family teams also maintained top rankings, with clients valuing their “professionalism, compassion and sophistication” adding that they are “one of the best – excellent and really on the ball”.
