Geldards advises Clowes on Stud Brook Business Park unit for Hydroscand Group
Geldards has successfully advised Clowes Developments on a build agreement for lease and lease of a 9,000 sq. ft industrial unit at Stud Brook Business Park for Hydroscand Group.
A global family-owned company with over 50 years’ experience, Hydroscand specialises in hose and fittings solutions for a wide range of industries. Parent company Hydroscand Group has operations in 18 countries and over 1,500 employees. The UK arm of the business was established over twenty years ago with a central Nottingham HQ, and has grown from two hose workshops to encompass eleven trade counters.
The move from their existing base in Sandiacre to Stud Brook Business Park will enable Hydroscand to expand their operations, enhance distribution capabilities and provide customers with faster response times. Close to the M1 and conveniently located adjacent to East Midlands Airport, Stud Brook Business Park is in a prime location, offering state of the art bespoke industrial units to SMEs.
Geldards provided property and construction legal expertise, advising Clowes on the build agreement for lease and lease, led by Derby based partner Heather Dixon who heads up the Industrial and Logistics team, supported by legal assistant, Sarah Jackson, Infrastructure and Construction Partner Chris Hawrylak.
