Geldards advises Whitevision on the acquisition of Documation Software Ltd

Geldards’ Corporate team has successfully advised Whitevision on its acquisition of UK-based document processing and workflow automation specialist, Documation.

Whitevision, which is headquartered in the Netherlands and backed by Main Capital Partners, is a leading provider of intelligent document processing (IDP) and document management solutions that streamline business processes for thousands of customers across a variety of sectors. Documation, established over thirty years ago, specialises in software solutions to optimise the processing of financial documents.

This transaction marks Whitevision’s second investment in the UK market following its earlier acquisition of Document Logistix, on which Geldards also advised.  The deal further strengthens the group’s position within the growing intelligent document processing sector and supports its ongoing international growth strategy.

Geldards provided legal advice to Whitevision throughout this latest acquisition, drawing on expertise from colleagues across the firm to deliver a full-service, integrated approach.
